With your permission, the app may access your location to find nearby branches and your camera or photo gallery to set a profile picture. Profile pictures selected through the app are stored locally on your device.

We use secure connections and appropriate measures to protect patient information. Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication may process account information to support secure login.

Patient information may be accessed by authorized laboratory staff and necessary service providers for delivering laboratory services. Personal information is not intended for unrelated advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained as needed for laboratory services and applicable legal requirements. Patients may contact us to request correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to required medical record retention.
